Directions for Report Viewer
To print this page, press Ctl. and P.
To view reports, you need to select a Report Viewer and click the Print Preview button. There are several different report viewers. The Internet browser you are using and its version will determine which viewer will work best for you. For Internet Explorer, “ActiveX” is generally the most versatile viewer. For Netscape, “Java using Browser JVM” is usually the best option. These viewers may require you to first download a "plug-in" before the report can be displayed. If you experience problems viewing the reports, try the "HTML" viewer.
After the report is loaded into the report viewer, you will see a toolbar header across the top. The toolbar will have buttons you can use to navigate pages and find selected text. For example:
To navigate one page forward at a time, click the button that resembles a "play" button.
To navigate to the last page, click the button to the immediate right of the “play” button.
To find selected text, click the binoculars icon, type in the text you are looking for, and click on Find Next.
Depending on the report viewer you are using, the available features will vary and can allow for magnification, printing, and exporting to Excel, Word, or a rich text file.
